Jacinto Paraíba started the match with the kick off. Takacs Tibor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Xapetuba Futebol Clube's zone, Takacs Tibor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Célio do Valle came out of the goal and Takacs Tibor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Célio do Valle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Major Barna in the 13th minute of the match. 14 minutes had been played when some careless play by Xapetuba Futebol Clube's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. 20 minutes into the match, Xapetuba Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Takacs Tibor came free, but Célio do Valle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rdth minute of the game Major Barna who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Xapetuba Futebol Clube's Célio do Valle was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Xapetuba Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Takacs Tibor came free, but Célio do Valle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 27 minutes Xapetuba Futebol Clube's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antal Valentin who took care of the corner kick. Aílton Cearense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 30th minute, Aílton Cearense ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fodor Daniel was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. A collision led to Hungary getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Bakos Endre hit a great ball. In the 39th minute, Antal Valentin made a precise shot to the right of Célio do Valle. Xapetuba Futebol Clube's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 46th minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Célio do Valle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Antal Valentin to strike the kick off in the second half. Major Barna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aílton Cearense, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Flávio Matos hit a great ball. 57 minutes into the game, Jacinto Paraíba was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Xapetuba Futebol Clube's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hungary the free kick. Jacinto Paraíba hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Célio do Valle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hegedus Henrik in the 64th minute of the match. With a little luck, Xapetuba Futebol Clube's Célio do Valle got control of the ball when Antal Valentin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Major Barna struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Célio do Valle didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. Xapetuba Futebol Clube were awarded a corner in the 91th minute after Hungary's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Danilo Dionísio took the corner. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Antal Valentin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Célio do Valle breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Takacs Tibor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Xapetuba Futebol Clube succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Hungary had controlled the match.
