Du Yuan Chao started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Dr Lecter SC's goal looked a bit too open when Du Yuan Chao came free, but Celso Trevisan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Celso Trevisan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronny Skytt, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. With an all-out effort, LVCVS AVGVSTI's Celso Trevisan threw himself towards the right post 17 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Du Yuan Chao, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 18th minute of the match LVCVS AVGVSTI got a corner. Dr Lecter SC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Venancio Olayo ran over to the corner to take the kick. If Ma Wei Jun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Dr Lecter SC's Celso Trevisan got control of the ball when Du Yuan Chao tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rosario Escarza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Corneliu Dridu in the 26th minute of play. In the 28th minute Corneliu Dridu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rosario Escarza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Omid Kaulbach in the 30th minute of play forced LVCVS AVGVSTI's goalkeeper Rosario Escarza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rosario Escarza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Corneliu Dridu in the 36th minute of play. Anatolio Lozano kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. LVCVS AVGVSTI's Rosario Escarza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ma Wei Jun in the 38th minute of play. In the 41st minute Corneliu Dridu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rosario Escarza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rosario Escarza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Corneliu Dridu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Du Yuan Chao could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Celso Trevisan made a huge save.

The wind increased when Corneliu Dridu made the kick off in the second half. Celso Trevisan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Du Yuan Chao, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Dr Lecter SC's Celso Trevisan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronny Skytt in the 62nd minute of play. Rosario Escarza made an important save on a dangerous shot by Corneliu Dridu in the 69th minute. In the 71st match minute, Dr Lecter SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauro Romero to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of LVCVS AVGVSTI booed when Dr Lecter SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauro Romero didn't get a good kick on the ball. 76 minutes into the match, Corneliu Dridu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rosario Escarza, 0-2. Dr Lecter SC made a substitution. Lauro Antunes replaced Wanderson Fernandez. The audience thought a goal was coming when Corneliu Dridu got free with Rosario Escarza in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Celso Trevisan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Quirce Salan in the 88th minute of play. Rosario Escarza made an important save on a dangerous shot by Corneliu Dridu in the 89th minute. In the 89th minute, Dr Lecter SC's Corneliu Dridu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. Dr Lecter SC's Celso Trevisan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Quirce Salan in the 94th minute of play. In the 95th minute of the match LVCVS AVGVSTI got a corner. Dr Lecter SC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Venancio Olayo ran over to the corner to take the kick. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Dr Lecter SC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
