Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Erik Jilek started the match with the kick off. Sture Brolin hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. A collision led to Czech Republic getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Valdemar Turecek hit a great ball. Esbjörn Forssell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alan Rezek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee felt a red card was in order, 22 minutes into the game, when Daniel Vitek put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in Czech Republic fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 21st minute. Penalty! Vavrinec Holub had in the 23rdth minute some difficulties stopping Sture Brolin's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Erik Jilek hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Ivar Aleberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vavrinec Holub having to interfere. Denis Dostal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 41st match minute, Wrexham A.F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Per-Oskar Wiberg to maneuver through the defense. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sture Åhlberg to make the kick off. Valdemar Turecek hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. The Wrexham A.F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 55th match minute when Wrexham A.F.C.'s Sture Åhlberg looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sture Åhlberg in the 58th minute of play. Vavrinec Holub came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Wrexham A.F.C.'s Sture Åhlberg. But to his dismay, Sture Åhlberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Denis Dostal charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Denis Dostal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 67th minute, David Rusil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adrian Söderberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Vavrinec Holub tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vavrinec Holub stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sture Åhlberg's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivar Aleberg in the 77th minute of play forced Czech Republic's goalkeeper Vavrinec Holub to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Denis Dostal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Esbjörn Forssell having to make a save. Valdemar Turecek hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Sture Åhlberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Vavrinec Holub tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
