When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Elliot Stockwin took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Manuel Vianna to make any attempt to save it. Manuel Vianna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Belton Gruer, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Caio Vidal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Howard Stafford came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Encanto's Carlos Costa. But to his dismay, Carlos Costa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After some careless play in the Knaggel FC defense, Caio Vidal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Howard Stafford. The Knaggel FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Howard Stafford should have stopped the shot. After 46 minutes of play, Knaggel FC's Belton Gruer made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Manuel Vianna was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 2-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carlos Costa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Howard Stafford was a little too slow when Caio Vidal got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 52nd minute. The score was now 2-4. In the 56th match minute, Knaggel FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lawrance Hinwood to maneuver through the defense. Carlos Costa struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. When Carlos Costa came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Encanto fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlos Costa couldn't finish the play. Caio Vidal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
