A collision led to Almeyra F.C. getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Rosendo Juvenal hit a great ball. After 5 played minutes Almeyra F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Pastor Bela. In the 7th minute, Augusto Burni made a precise shot to the right of Elias Elorri. Almeyra F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Bruno Ritchie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pastor Bela, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 12 played minutes Almeyra F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Anier Ortzi. In the 17th minute, O rey Iván's Amador Aragones dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. The supporters of O rey Iván booed when Almeyra F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anier Ortzi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anier Ortzi kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 27th minute Anier Ortzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Ritchie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, O rey Iván's Benito Dei got a free kick in the 29th minute. Pastor Bela sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Elias Elorri didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Benito Dei went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Tomas Romero charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tomas Romero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Leonardo Paublo was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 47th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Amador Aragones to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Almeyra F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Amador Aragones came free, but Elias Elorri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amador Aragones's late challenge caught a Almeyra F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amador Aragones helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to O rey Iván getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Amador Aragones hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benito Dei in the 57th minute of play forced Almeyra F.C.'s goalkeeper Elias Elorri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Anier Ortzi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Almeyra F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Anier Ortzi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bruno Ritchie breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee felt a red card was in order, 61 minutes into the game, when Arsenio Semeno put in a rough tackle. In the 60th minute, one of Almeyra F.C.:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Almeyra F.C.. The referee gave O rey Iván a penalty, 62 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Benito Dei, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Almeyra F.C.'s Elias Elorri. 4-0. Almeyra F.C.'s Elias Elorri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amador Aragones in the 66th minute of play. Bruno Ritchie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rosendo Juvenal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 70thth minute of the game Benito Dei who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Almeyra F.C.'s Elias Elorri was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. O rey Iván's Bruno Ritchie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rosendo Juvenal in the 77th minute of play. Bruno Ritchie made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Anier Ortzi sent off a good shot on target. In the 80th minute, Amador Aragones left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The O rey Iván fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. If Rosendo Juvenal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 90th minute Amador Aragones shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elias Elorri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
