Formation Pure Lyonnaise's Nelson Cloarec played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aureliano Maore in the 18th minute of play. Tadeo Oxarra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Davy Giacomoni in the 22nd minute of the match. Nelson Cloarec made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Ezequiel Salvadore sent off a good shot on target. After 32 played minutes Club Deportivo Español got a freekick which was hit by Ezequiel Salvadore. Nelson Cloarec was a little too slow when Aureliano Maore got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 35th minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 39th minute, Davy Giacomoni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Aureliano Maore came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Club Deportivo Español fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aureliano Maore couldn't finish the play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Ezequiel Salvadore made the kick off in the second half. If Yohann Prévôt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 59th minute, Davy Giacomoni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Davy Giacomoni got the opportunity to take care of a free kick it resulted in a really dangerous shot that almost went in the goal. Instead the ball went too high, a missed opportunity for Formation Pure Lyonnaise. Aureliano Maore recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Formation Pure Lyonnaise's Nelson Cloarec played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ezequiel Salvadore in the 63rd minute of play. Patrick Emmanuel kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. The supporters of Formation Pure Lyonnaise booed when Club Deportivo Español was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erasmo Gutierrez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nelson Cloarec took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ezequiel Salvadore, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 81st match minute, Formation Pure Lyonnaise was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hamza Le Forestier to maneuver through the defense. Horacio Urki blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nelson Cloarec having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Yohann Prévôt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Formation Pure Lyonnaise's supporters rose to their feet, but Yohann Prévôt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tadeo Oxarra breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tadeo Oxarra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Davy Giacomoni in the 90th minute of play. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
