In the 3rd match minute, Knaggel FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lawrance Hinwood to maneuver through the defense. 4 minutes into the match, Jerônimo Mendes notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Knaggel FC's Howard Stafford. Howard Stafford was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 8th minute, Buchanan Starling made a precise shot to the right of Manuel Vianna. Encanto's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Elliot Stockwin struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Manuel Vianna didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Knaggel FC. A collision led to Encanto getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Norberto Vergílio hit a great ball. If Belton Gruer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jerônimo Mendes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 21st match minute, Encanto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jerônimo Mendes to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jerônimo Mendes in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Howard Stafford prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 27 minutes into the match, Knaggel FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jerônimo Mendes came free, but Howard Stafford reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Belton Gruer scored 1-2 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Manuel Vianna, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jerônimo Mendes in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Howard Stafford prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Jerônimo Mendes got free in front of the goal in the 40th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Howard Stafford was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. When Jerônimo Mendes came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Encanto fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jerônimo Mendes couldn't finish the play. In the 45th minute Jerônimo Mendes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Howard Stafford saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 47th minute, Nico Palmeira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half Knaggel FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Belton Gruer made a kick off. If Elliot Stockwin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jerônimo Mendes struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Howard Stafford didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Encanto. When Jerônimo Mendes fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Encanto's protests and gave Jerônimo Mendes a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Encanto's Jerônimo Mendes got a free kick in the 60th minute. In the 68th match minute, Encanto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Caio Vidal to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Encanto's Manuel Vianna got control of the ball when Elliot Stockwin tried to sneak it across the goal line. 70 minutes into the match, Knaggel FC's Belton Gruer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Manuel Vianna narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jerônimo Mendes in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Howard Stafford prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 77 minutes, Washington Borges managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Encanto's supporters crossed their fingers, but Washington Borges was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A hard shot 87 in the game by Elliot Stockwin from a close distance when the talented Manuel Vianna managed to make a qualified save. Encanto's players were relieved. After having played for 89 minutes, Caio Vidal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Encanto's supporters crossed their fingers, but Caio Vidal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Knaggel FC's Roy Bodimeade got a free kick in the 93rd minute. When Norberto Vergílio came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Encanto fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Norberto Vergílio couldn't finish the play. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
