In the 6th minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elia Bobadilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Major Barna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 19th minute, Major Barna left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hungary fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Valerian Hinz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fodor Daniel having to interfere. A collision led to Hungary getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Vörös Henrik hit a great ball. In the 28th minute of the match, Zoltán Varga got a very nice opportunity to score, but Fodor Daniel was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leo Polenz in the 32nd minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Wallersdorf's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ole Fröhlich in the 33rd minute. The corner led FC Wallersdorf's Ole Fröhlich to fire away a dangerous shot which Fodor Daniel despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Hungary's Antal Valentin was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Elia Bobadilla in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bruno Andres made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, Harald Fritz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 55th minute of play forced FC Wallersdorf's goalkeeper Elia Bobadilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Elia Bobadilla in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 79 minutes into the game, Antal Valentin recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Elia Bobadilla. Antal Valentin showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. In the 84th minute, Zoltán Varga ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fodor Daniel was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Harald Fritz during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The shot was stopped by Elia Bobadilla but with some difficulty. Hungary's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
