Julio Belarmo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulrich Stein, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Frank Sachs took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Belarmo. Julio Belarmo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. The Ç Ā M Î Ö Ń Ĕ R Ö Ş players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Germany were winning 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Frank Sachs was the one to do the kick off. Frank Sachss short, quick shot in the 53rdth minute got Julio Belarmo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Albin Holweck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 64 minutes, Frank Sachs took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Julio Belarmo to make any attempt to save it. 75 minutes into the match, Albin Holweck had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julio Belarmo. Ç Ā M Î Ö Ń Ĕ R Ö Ş's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Albin Holweck was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. Julio Belarmo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Sachs, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Frank Sachs received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Julio Belarmo came out and tried to block the shot, but Frank Sachs slotted it home off the left post making it 1-5 in the 95th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Germany walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
