With an all-out effort, YR☆ Village Superstars's Tommy Kahn threw himself towards the right post 6 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Moez Bejaoui, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Albin Holweck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of YR☆ Village Superstars booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albin Holweck didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 16th minute Frank Sachs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurelian Panin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Frank Sachs scored 0-1 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aurelian Panin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Frank Sachs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aurelian Panin having to interfere. Matei Chelaru could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Tommy Kahn made a huge save. Moez Bejaoui recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adrian Dreifuss charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adrian Dreifuss the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Germany's Adrian Dreifuss got a free kick in the 27th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adrian Mutu. YR☆ Village Superstars's Aurelian Panin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Sachs in the 31st minute of play. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrian Mutu in the 35th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adrian Mutu in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Kahn saved Germany from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Adrian Mutu put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Tommy Kahn. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Adrian Mutu to strike the kick off in the second half. If Albin Holweck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Aurelian Panin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Frank Sachs in the 56th minute. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moez Bejaoui, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Frank Sachs hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matei Chelaru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Matei Chelaru recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edwardo Piñeros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tommy Kahn stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Matei Chelaru's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. After some careless play in the Germany defense, Adrian Mutu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. The Germany fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Kahn should have stopped the shot. In the 82nd minute, Moise Sângeorzan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 87 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Moez Bejaoui came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Frank Sachs in the 94thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Aurelian Panin, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. YR☆ Village Superstars were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Germany for a fine match.
