The crowd rose to their feet as László Salgó kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Fodor Daniel. That made the score 1-0 in the 13 minute of play. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Máté Kőváry in the 16th minute of play. Csongor Tálas hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. 19 minutes had been played when some careless play by Vérsárkány SE's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. The wind increased when Antal Valentin made the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes, Ateş Yavuzer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vérsárkány SE and the Hungary players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Hungary booed when Vérsárkány SE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ateş Yavuzer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Antal Valentin took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 53rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Aybars Cihannur.
