If Albin Holweck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 50th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Adrian Dreifuss hit a great ball. 53 minutes into the match, Teofan Búrzin notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Germany's Tommy Kahn. After 58 minutes of play, Germany's Frank Sachs made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Oscar Pombal was left in no man's land by his defense there! With his leg Oscar Pombal managed to avoid a goal in the 69thth minute, when Germany's Frank Sachs fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.
