Manuel Morais's late challenge caught a Belgium's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Manuel Morais helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Belgium booed when DOROSTOL Ss was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. With an all-out effort, DOROSTOL Ss's Casper Claes threw himself towards the right post 29 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Desiderio Oliveiro, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Belgium's Casper Claes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Desiderio Oliveiro in the 30th minute of play. In the 34th minute, Joaquin Oriol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice moves Nicolas Teixeira could shoot a difficult shot in the 42nd minute, which Casper Claes however easily saved by the left post. Casper Claes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Desiderio Oliveiro in the 43rd minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edward Vanderstraeten to strike the kick off in the second half. When the match clock showed 53 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Desiderio Oliveiro sped through Belgium's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Casper Claes. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Desiderio Oliveiro put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Casper Claes. 61 minutes into the match, DOROSTOL Ss's Desiderio Oliveiro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Casper Claes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 65 minutes into the match, Cafu Fonseca had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Casper Claes. After a defensive mix-up in DOROSTOL Ss's zone, Yves Dervaux stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leopoldo Rivero came out of the goal and Yves Dervaux tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 81st minute Edward Vanderstraeten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leopoldo Rivero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nicolas Teixeira in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Casper Claes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Desiderio Oliveiro in the 84th minute of play forced Belgium's goalkeeper Casper Claes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 85 minutes into the match, Belgium's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Morais came free, but Casper Claes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Casper Claes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Desiderio Oliveiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 94th minute of the game. One of Belgium:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of DOROSTOL Ss:s goal. DOROSTOL Ss's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
