In the 7th match minute, Portugal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodolfo Miranda to maneuver through the defense. Eugenio Rosati could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Wilson Amorim made a huge save. Eugenio Rosati struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Wilson Amorim didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MagicTeam. 13 minutes into the match, Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eugenio Rosati. Valentin Lixandro kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Eugenio Rosati fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilson Amorim having to interfere. 20 minutes into the match, MagicTeam's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Pimentel came free, but Jeoffrey De Prins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Eugenio Rosati kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Wilson Amorim. That made the score 1-0 in the 21 minute of play. Wilson Amorim didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eugenio Rosati went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 31st match minute, MagicTeam was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xavi van Beek to maneuver through the defense. 35 minutes into the match, MagicTeam's goal looked a bit too open when Viriato Moura came free, but Jeoffrey De Prins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wilson Amorim made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eugenio Rosati in the 36th minute. With a little luck, Portugal's Wilson Amorim got control of the ball when Eugenio Rosati tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 45 minutes, Rolf Sanchez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MagicTeam and the Portugal players grew even worse after the yellow card. Portugal's Gustavo Matos was substituted for Fabricio Andrade. A collision led to MagicTeam getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Rolf Sanchez hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eugenio Rosati to make the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eugenio Rosati in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wilson Amorim saved Portugal from getting behind. After having played for 58 minutes, Eugenio Rosati managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MagicTeam's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eugenio Rosati was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jeoffrey De Prins took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viriato Moura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 74th minute Caetano Moreira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeoffrey De Prins saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Caetano Moreira in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jeoffrey De Prins saved MagicTeam from getting behind. Portugal made a substitution. Bartolomeu Dias replaced Viriato Moura. MagicTeam made a substitution. Luis Rau replaced Jan Hop. Portugal made a substitution. Felipinho Amorim replaced Felipe Barreto. After 77 minutes MagicTeam's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Pimentel who took care of the corner kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caetano Moreira in the 82nd minute of play forced MagicTeam's goalkeeper Jeoffrey De Prins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Portugal's Wilson Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugenio Rosati in the 87th minute of play. Jeoffrey De Prins acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 93rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Daniel Pimentel. Rodolfo Miranda hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The MagicTeam fans cheered their team off the field, for while Portugal had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
