But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fredrik Masculier couldn't finish the play. After 12th play minutes Fredrik Masculier shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Tommy Kahn and just under the crossbar into goal. After having played for 19 minutes, Ekrem Yay managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KEFERZİ.GENÇLİKSPOR's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ekrem Yay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Frank Sachs made a kick off. Ulrich Stein might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Poyraz Ahmetoğlu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ulrich Stein ran back to his position shaking his head. 60 minutes into the match, KEFERZİ.GENÇLİKSPOR's Dave Faieta sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tommy Kahn narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Ekrem Yay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 65 minutes into the match, KEFERZİ.GENÇLİKSPOR's goal looked a bit too open when Albin Holweck came free, but Poyraz Ahmetoğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Frank Sachs made a great header on Germany's corner, it was just that KEFERZİ.GENÇLİKSPOR's Poyraz Ahmetoğlu managed to reach the ball for a save. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ekrem Yay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Fredrik Masculier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The attack was good, but when Hüseyin Rahmi Tankut in the 72nd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. The supporters of Germany booed when KEFERZİ.GENÇLİKSPOR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sadettin Yalgın didn't get a good kick on the ball. 78 minutes into the match, Ekrem Yay had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ekrem Yay was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Frank Sachs's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 87thth minute, Poyraz Ahmetoğlu skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Fredrik Masculier struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Tommy Kahn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KEFERZİ.GENÇLİKSPOR. Janik Vogt hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. KEFERZİ.GENÇLİKSPOR's Kaan Messi was substituted for Hüseyin Rahmi Tankut. In the 92nd match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Janik Vogt to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in KEFERZİ.GENÇLİKSPOR's zone, Frank Sachs stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Poyraz Ahmetoğlu came out of the goal and Frank Sachs tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. KEFERZİ.GENÇLİKSPOR walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
