The crowd rose to their feet as Harsh Gods's Ali Numan Afak slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fodor Daniel. That made the score 1-0 after 22 minutes of play. Harsh Gods's Maximino Merexildo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Valentin in the 25th minute of play. 26 minutes had been played when some careless play by Harsh Gods's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest.
