Philippe Jensens short, quick shot in the 46thth minute got Arnout Reekers to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After the first half Netherlands were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

With a little luck, FCB team's Adrian Železný got control of the ball when Wim Wilmes tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 53rdth minute of the game Philippe Jensen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Netherlands's Arnout Reekers was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. FCB team's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Netherlands the free kick. Kamber Aydınoğlu kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Adrian Železný made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 93rd minute. Netherlands played a much better game than FCB team and deserved their victory. The FCB team players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
