Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Giotis Kourmouzis kicked off to start the match. Hungary's Antal Valentin got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Arsenal's goalie and right to Takacs Tibor. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Arsenal's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Giotis Kourmouzis in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fodor Daniel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ryszard Wnukowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Major Barna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Giotis Kourmouzis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fodor Daniel having to interfere. A collision led to Hungary getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Hegedus Henrik hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Artur Faron got free with Fodor Daniel in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giotis Kourmouzis in the 35th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 40 minutes into the match, Arsenal's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Ryszard Wnukowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Giotis Kourmouzis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 46th minute of play forced Arsenal's goalkeeper Ryszard Wnukowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Antal Valentin made a kick off. In the 53rd minute of the game, Lukasz Bronder landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Szekeres Tamas during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Arsenal made a substitution. Radomil Podwojski replaced Lukasz Bronder. The supporters of Arsenal booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Szekeres Tamas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ni Qian Hai took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 55th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Fodor Daniel. Hungary's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, Arsenal's Fryderyk Bycofski got a free kick in the 59th minute. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Artur Faron in the 65th minute of play. With a little luck, Arsenal's Ryszard Wnukowski got control of the ball when Hegedus Henrik tried to sneak it across the goal line. Radomil Podwojski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Fodor Daniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Takacs Tibor in the 76th minute of play forced Arsenal's goalkeeper Ryszard Wnukowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77th minute of the match Hungary got a corner. Arsenal's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antal Valentin ran over to the corner to take the kick. 80 minutes into the match, Antal Valentin notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Arsenal's Ryszard Wnukowski. Ryszard Wnukowski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Arsenal getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Edward Dziatkowski hit a great ball. Antal Valentin kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. 91 minutes into the game, Arsenal's Artur Faron nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fodor Daniel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1.
