Fazendinha's Maximino Acevedo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Fazendinha from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Not Today's Demirhan Sağınç got a free kick in the 14th minute. Not Today's Güner Uludoğan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Guilherme Melo in the 15th minute of play. Gilbert Reix fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximino Acevedo having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arturo Bondi in the 27th minute of play forced Not Today's goalkeeper Güner Uludoğan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gilbert Reix could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Maximino Acevedo made a huge save. In the 33rd minute Luiz Guilherme Melo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Güner Uludoğan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 34 minutes of play, Fazendinha's Luiz Guilherme Melo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Güner Uludoğan was left in no man's land by his defense there! 39 minutes into the match, Fazendinha's goal looked a bit too open when Wasyl Fetor came free, but Maximino Acevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Güner Uludoğan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristóvão de Barros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maximino Acevedo made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Wasyl Fetor sent off a good shot on target. Not Today were awarded a corner in the 45th minute after Fazendinha's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hüseyin Turan Dalayer took the corner. Mehmet Oğuz Veysi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maximino Acevedo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. The Not Today players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Fazendinha were winning 0-1.

Not Today's Hugo Rami quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. If Leo Inautzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 83 minutes into the match, Fazendinha's goal looked a bit too open when Leo Inautzi came free, but Maximino Acevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristóvão de Barros in the 84th minute of play forced Not Today's goalkeeper Güner Uludoğan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Leo Inautzi came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Not Today fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leo Inautzi couldn't finish the play. Alf Håning made in the 88th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Not Today's Hugo Rami. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leo Inautzi in the 89th minute of play forced Fazendinha's goalkeeper Maximino Acevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Not Today's Güner Uludoğan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrézinho Macedo in the 90th minute of play. After 92 minutes, Leo Inautzi made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Fazendinha's Maximino Acevedo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.
