Not Today's Güner Uludoğan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ediberto Sampaio in the 7th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Darwin Núñez in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Güner Uludoğan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Güner Uludoğan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ediberto Sampaio in the 14th minute of the match. The supporters of Not Today booed when Merengue FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ismael Frances didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wasyl Fetor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Bayan Gugovski made a huge save. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by Merengue FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Hüseyin Turan Dalayer was slow to take the kick. During this time Not Today's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Demirhan Sağınç almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Merengue FC's Bayan Gugovski did a great save. The supporters of Merengue FC booed when Not Today was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arcan Şevket didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Darwin Núñez in the 30th minute of play forced Not Today's goalkeeper Güner Uludoğan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Aquiles Urtsin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Güner Uludoğan was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. Gilbert Reix recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 33 minutes into the match, Merengue FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gilbert Reix came free, but Bayan Gugovski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 34 played minutes Not Today got a freekick which was hit by Demirhan Sağınç. In the 39thth minute of the game Gilbert Reix who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Merengue FC's Bayan Gugovski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 42 minutes into the match, Not Today's goal looked a bit too open when Ediberto Sampaio came free, but Güner Uludoğan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Gilbert Reix hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ediberto Sampaio in the 46th minute of play forced Not Today's goalkeeper Güner Uludoğan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 53rd minute, Merengue FC's Aquiles Urtsin dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-1. Merengue FC's Bayan Gugovski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wasyl Fetor in the 56th minute of play. When Demirhan Sağınç fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Not Today's protests and gave Demirhan Sağınç a yellow card for diving instead. Merengue FC's Everardo Nerio was substituted for Ismael Frances. Demirhan Sağınç kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Ediberto Sampaio's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 65thth minute, Güner Uludoğan skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. A collision led to Not Today getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Hugo Rami hit a great ball. Not Today made a substitution. Leo Inautzi replaced Wasyl Fetor. In the 74th minute, Hugo Rami hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leo Inautzi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bayan Gugovski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. 77 minutes into the game, Leo Inautzi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Bayan Gugovski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Not Today's zone, Everardo Nerio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Güner Uludoğan came out of the goal and Everardo Nerio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Albino Dimas got a throw-in 86 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Aquiles Urtsin. Bayan Gugovski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Semih Hazarbeyoğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. When the referee blew the final whistle, Not Today could leave the field as winners, despite Merengue FC having more of the ball for most of the match.
