The shot was a little too simple and George Kristiansson could save by the left post. 6 minutes into the match, Di Röe's goal looked a bit too open when Dušan Vlahović came free, but George Kristiansson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sture Abrahamsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sten Melberg in the 8th minute of play. Di Röe's George Kristiansson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Di Röe from getting a goal against them. Sten Melberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sture Abrahamsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. Di Röe's Urban Åkerberg got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 21 minutes into the match, Sten Melberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sture Abrahamsson. Nytäppet Fc's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sten Melberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The supporters of Nytäppet Fc booed when Di Röe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herman Benett didn't get a good kick on the ball. 27 minutes into the match, Nytäppet Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Sten Melberg came free, but Sture Abrahamsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. George Kristiansson made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Jakob Samuelsson sent off a good shot on target. George Kristiansson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radomir Gerlach, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Sture Abrahamsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sten Melberg went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sten Melberg to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jakob Samuelsson in the 51st minute of play forced Di Röe's goalkeeper George Kristiansson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 53 minutes into the match, Nytäppet Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Sten Melberg came free, but Sture Abrahamsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giannis Chatziioannou in the 55th minute of play forced Di Röe's goalkeeper George Kristiansson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 56th minute, Sten Melberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The corner led Nytäppet Fc's Dušan Vlahović to fire away a dangerous shot which George Kristiansson despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Dušan Vlahović succeeded in the game's 59th minute to get real power on a long shot . Di Röe's George Kristiansson hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 2-2! In the 62nd match minute, Di Röe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Urban Åkerberg to maneuver through the defense. Di Röe's Arnaldo da Fonseca was substituted for Elliot Kellbom. After 64 played minutes Di Röe got a freekick which was hit by Urban Åkerberg. George Kristiansson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dušan Vlahović in the 67th minute of the match. Nytäppet Fc's Sture Abrahamsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Nytäppet Fc from getting a goal against them. After 69 minutes Nytäppet Fc's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Herman Benett who took care of the corner kick. In the 71st match minute, Di Röe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herman Benett to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arnaldo da Fonseca during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Di Röe getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Arnaldo da Fonseca hit a great ball. Nytäppet Fc's Sture Abrahamsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Nytäppet Fc from getting a goal against them. George Kristiansson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jakob Samuelsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Ivan Drake fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sture Abrahamsson having to interfere. Urban Åkerberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Sture Abrahamsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sture Abrahamsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnaldo da Fonseca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Romeo Gologan took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sture Abrahamsson. Sture Abrahamsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Di Röe eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
