Pete Luna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clas Nørstrup, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Urban Wennerquist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Urban Wennerquist to make the kick off. Pete Luna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clas Nørstrup, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. In the 82nd minute of the match, Bennvar Byth tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Svante Stenqvist saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 84th match minute, Söderhall was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bertrand Traoré to maneuver through the defense. Söderhall made a substitution. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Joga Hem FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
