After a rather tough play, Lidköping's Dariusz Puchlik got a free kick in the 17th minute. In the 18th minute, Leo Olsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lidköping's Kristoffer Västerstrand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Atakan Pepe in the 20th minute of play. Stefan Bogren kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kaj Hård in the 32nd minute of play forced Lidköping's goalkeeper Kristoffer Västerstrand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lars Norberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stefan Bogren in the 36th minute. 43 minutes into the game, Niklas Söderberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. spikarna's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lidköping the free kick. Kristoffer Västerstrand came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by spikarna's Sven Nordkvist. But to his dismay, Sven Nordkvist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Allan Björk managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lidköping's supporters rose to their feet, but Allan Björk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lars Norberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lidköping's Kristoffer Västerstrand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven Nordkvist in the 57th minute of play. 58 minutes into the match, spikarna's goal looked a bit too open when Stefan Bogren came free, but Lars Norberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lars Norberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adam Mårtensson in the 61st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Lidköping's Jens-Åke Larsfelt got a free kick in the 63rd minute. After 66 minutes of play, Lidköping's Stefan Bogren made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. In the 77th minute Allan Björk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lars Norberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kaj Hård's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Kristoffer Västerstrand firmly grabbed it by the left post. 92 minutes had been played when some careless play by Lidköping's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Atakan Pepe was slow to take the kick. During this time spikarna's players had a chance to rest. spikarna's Atakan Pepe was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Kristoffer Västerstrand in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Lidköping players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
