If Jakob Samuelsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 12 minutes into the match, Nytäppet Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Alessandro Micucci came free, but Sture Abrahamsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13th minute Vykans Vikingar were awarded a corner. Fernan Berart went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Vykans Vikingar's corner Fernan Berart fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Sture Abrahamsson quite easily take care of the ball. Marcus Ekrot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dušan Vlahović in the 16th minute of the match. Marcus Ekrot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dušan Vlahović in the 19th minute of play. In the 20th minute of the match, Giannis Chatziioannou got a very nice opportunity to score, but Marcus Ekrot was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Vykans Vikingar's Marcus Ekrot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivan Cuervo in the 22nd minute of play. In the 25th minute Martin Mutumba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sture Abrahamsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nytäppet Fc's Sture Abrahamsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Mutumba in the 25th minute of play. Sture Abrahamsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Mutumba, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Vykans Vikingar's Marcus Ekrot proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Vykans Vikingar from getting a goal against them. In the 29thth minute of the game Martin Mutumba who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nytäppet Fc's Sture Abrahamsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Nytäppet Fc's goalkeeper Sture Abrahamsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The corner ended in Fernan Berart almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Nytäppet Fc's Sture Abrahamsson did a great save. In the 35th minute, Radomir Gerlach hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Martin Mutumba in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sture Abrahamsson saved Nytäppet Fc from getting behind. Jakob Samuelsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Marcus Ekrot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 41 minutes into the match, Vykans Vikingar's goal looked a bit too open when Dušan Vlahović came free, but Marcus Ekrot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rd match minute, Nytäppet Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Niclas Malmberg to maneuver through the defense. In the 45th minute Martin Mutumba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sture Abrahamsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 47th play minutes Martin Mutumba shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Sture Abrahamsson and just under the crossbar into goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Martin Mutumba made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Nytäppet Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Mutumba came free, but Sture Abrahamsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Vykans Vikingar's Alessandro Micucci in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The coaching staff of Vykans Vikingar protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Jose Indalecio had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 76th minute, one of Vykans Vikingar:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Vykans Vikingar. Marcus Ekrot had in the 79thth minute some difficulties stopping Dušan Vlahović's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Marcus Ekrot didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dušan Vlahović went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Sture Abrahamsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Mutumba, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. 87 minutes had been played when some careless play by Vykans Vikingar's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Dušan Vlahović was slow to take the kick. During this time Nytäppet Fc's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Nytäppet Fc's Dušan Vlahović to fire away a dangerous shot which Marcus Ekrot despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 88 minutes into the match, Nytäppet Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Börje Stål came free, but Sture Abrahamsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sture Abrahamsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Mutumba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A nice corner shot did that Fernan Berart got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Sture Abrahamsson quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The Vykans Vikingar supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Vykans Vikingar would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
