Robbie Rullhøj's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ronnie Hellström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. The throw-in from Kennet Mårtensson in the 21st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by PP Plessydask's Lu Sheng Peng. 23 minutes into the game, Gnaget United FC's Carl Jonsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jan Abrahamsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. When Bertil Lundberg fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PP Plessydask's protests and gave Bertil Lundberg a yellow card for diving instead. In the 27th match minute, PP Plessydask was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bertil Lundberg to maneuver through the defense. In the 43rd minute Robbie Rullhøj shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronnie Hellström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Siro Benvido's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jan Abrahamsson firmly grabbed it by the left post.
