Bernardinho de Brito's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Tommy Kahn firmly grabbed it by the left post. Frank Sachs kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Caetano De Bruyne in the 17th minute of play. The supporters of Leão de Judá booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frank Sachs didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 24 minutes, João Carlos Soeiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Leão de Judá's supporters crossed their fingers, but João Carlos Soeiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caetano De Bruyne in the 31st minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristóvão Bezerra made a great header on Leão de Judá's corner, it was just that Germany's Tommy Kahn managed to reach the ball for a save. The crowd rose to their feet as Caetano De Bruyne kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tommy Kahn. That made the score 3-0 in the 35 minute of play. Jonathan Rodas hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. 40 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Gláuber Ramalho came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Germany's zone, João Carlos Soeiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal and João Carlos Soeiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bernardinho de Brito came free with the goalkeeper in the 46th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Tommy Kahn could save by the left post. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bernardinho de Brito made a kick off. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caetano De Bruyne, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Gadiel Gadov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Sachs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Leão de Judá booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Willy Stieler didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Leão de Judá's Bernardinho de Brito. But to his dismay, Bernardinho de Brito quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Frank Sachs hit a great ball. 84 minutes into the match, Cristiano Azevedo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristiano Azevedo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Frank Sachs struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Gadiel Gadov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Germany. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardinho de Brito in the 92nd minute of play. Leão de Judá's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
