An unexpectedly hard shot by Adria Bielsa in the 39th minute of play forced вιℓтємα's goalkeeper Jonas Belkå to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th minute, Omar Toledo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonas Belkå was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Egil Belkå to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Spain's goal looked a bit too open when Bo Hedström came free, but Gabriel Ascaso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 57 minutes into the game, Bo Hedström cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. In the 96th minute Pau Herrero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Belkå saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Spain players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for вιℓтємα.
