In the 16th minute there was a penalty for Czech Republic. Erik Jilek stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Klement Lichorobiec. 0-2. Bohumir Kohout hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. In the 23rd minute, Erik Jilek ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Klement Lichorobiec was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. 26 minutes into the game, Erik Jilek cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Klement Lichorobiec was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 30th minute, Erik Jilek made a precise shot to the right of Klement Lichorobiec. FC Alkomaty's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. When Dalimil Charvat fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Czech Republic's protests and gave Dalimil Charvat a yellow card for diving instead. Dalimil Charvat hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Vavrinec Holub showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arkadiusz Dobrzechowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Alan Rezek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dalimil Charvat was shown his second yellow card after 59 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to Czech Republic getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Dalimil Charvat hit a great ball. In the 60th match minute, FC Alkomaty was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmund Blochowiak to maneuver through the defense. Alan Rezek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
