Despite this Alix Geoffray quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 33rd minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alix Geoffray saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Takacs Tibor in the 40th minute of play forced Rathmore Lime Tree's goalkeeper Alix Geoffray to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yves Robinet in the 42nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Major Barna's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alix Geoffray was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. The wind increased when Yves Robinet made the kick off in the second half. Alix Geoffray didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antal Valentin went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. In the 63rd minute Yves Robinet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 64 minutes into the match, Rathmore Lime Tree's goalkeeper Alix Geoffray had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antal Valentin. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 71 played minutes Rathmore Lime Tree got a freekick which was hit by Benjamin Loth. In the 76th match minute, Hungary was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antal Valentin to maneuver through the defense. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yves Robinet in the 83rd minute of play. Alix Geoffray made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Antal Valentin sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Rathmore Lime Tree getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Gilbert Cosson hit a great ball. Hungary's Major Barna got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rathmore Lime Tree's goalkeeper Alix Geoffray, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Johan Dufrenne hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Rathmore Lime Tree's zone, Antal Valentin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alix Geoffray came out of the goal and Antal Valentin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Major Barna's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alix Geoffray read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play.
