After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Major Barna managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Major Barna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Helmut Lossimäe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Helmut Lossimäe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Major Barna in the 9th minute of the match. 10 minutes had been played when some careless play by Fc Kertzfeld's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. Florent Sorlin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Fodor Daniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fodor Daniel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Teo Esiquio in the 16th minute. In the 18th minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Helmut Lossimäe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Fc Kertzfeld getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Herman Johnsson hit a great ball. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fc Kertzfeld's goalkeeper Helmut Lossimäe, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 28 played minutes Fc Kertzfeld got a freekick which was hit by Titouan Levet. Major Barna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 31st play minute Gaston Toupin came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Fodor Daniel. 2-0. After 37 minutes Hungary's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joël Rétière who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Fc Kertzfeld's Joël Rétière to fire away a dangerous shot which Fodor Daniel despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Helmut Lossimäe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 39th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Florent Sorlin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Hungary's Fodor Daniel got control of the ball when Joël Rétière tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Antal Valentin got a free kick in the 46th minute. Fodor Daniel stood somewhat misplaced when Joël Rétière came free in front of goal and shot 3-0 to the left of him in the 48 minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joël Rétière stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Joël Rétière recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 56 minutes into the match, Fc Kertzfeld's goalkeeper Helmut Lossimäe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Major Barna. The supporters of Fc Kertzfeld booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boros Benedek didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Balazs Lajos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fc Kertzfeld's Wesley Donato was substituted for Florent Sorlin. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teo Esiquio in the 71st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Teo Esiquio in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fodor Daniel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Helmut Lossimäe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antal Valentin in the 84th minute. Fc Kertzfeld's Alix Poulain was substituted for Titouan Levet. Hungary were awarded a corner in the 87th minute after Fc Kertzfeld's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Antal Valentin took the corner. Hungary's Antal Valentin was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Helmut Lossimäe in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 87th minute, Teo Esiquio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 92 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Boros Benedek. After 95 minutes Hungary's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joël Rétière who took care of the corner kick. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Fc Kertzfeld were victorious despite being under pressure from Hungary for much of the match.
