Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gijsbert ter Kruimer kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 3rd minute of play forced PHammar FC's goalkeeper Comunardo Iannone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Gustaaf Groeneveldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 14th minute, Gijsbert ter Kruimer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Comunardo Iannone was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in PHammar FC's zone, Lars Meesters stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Comunardo Iannone came out of the goal and Lars Meesters tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 22nd minute Netherlands were awarded a corner. Gijsbert ter Kruimer went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Netherlands's corner Gijsbert ter Kruimer fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Comunardo Iannone quite easily take care of the ball. Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wit Wojtkiewicz in the 25th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Comunardo Iannone saved PHammar FC from getting behind. In the 29th minute Wim Wilmes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Comunardo Iannone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. David Eikelkamp hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Åke Åberg took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arnout Reekers. Arnout Reekers dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 36th match minute, PHammar FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Melker Lundgren to maneuver through the defense. After 37 played minutes, Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Comunardo Iannone came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Netherlands reached it. In the 38th match minute, Netherlands was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gijsbert ter Kruimer to maneuver through the defense. Comunardo Iannone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 43 minutes into the match, PHammar FC's goal looked a bit too open when David Eikelkamp came free, but Comunardo Iannone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Comunardo Iannone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Eikelkamp in the 43rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Åke Åberg got free with Arnout Reekers in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Comunardo Iannone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wim Wilmes in the 45th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After a rather tough play, Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer got a free kick in the 54th minute. 56 minutes into the game, Lars Meesters recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Comunardo Iannone. Lars Meesters showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-3. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eskil Björkkvist during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gustaaf Groeneveldt got free with Comunardo Iannone in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 65th minute of the match, Gustaaf Groeneveldt got a very nice opportunity to score, but Comunardo Iannone was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Comunardo Iannone made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 72nd minute. Comunardo Iannone made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when David Eikelkamp sent off a good shot on target. 76 minutes into the match, PHammar FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gijsbert ter Kruimer came free, but Comunardo Iannone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 77 played minutes PHammar FC got a freekick which was hit by Arman Westerstrand. In the 77th minute, Eskil Björkkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wim Wilmes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arnout Reekers came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by PHammar FC's Åke Åberg. But to his dismay, Åke Åberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. Comunardo Iannone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lars Meesters, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
