After a rather tough play, Slovakia's Zigmund Maliar got a free kick in the 11th minute. Henrich Slany showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fidel Urbes, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. The supporters of Conalep 197 booed when Slovakia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zigmund Maliar didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ondrej Biskup during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 24th minute, one of Slovakia:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Slovakia. Henrich Slany took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fidel Urbes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Conalep 197's Angelino Etxekopar was substituted for Fidel Urbes. Lino Birjaio made in the 47th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Albino Eladio immediately put the ball in play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Henrich Slany was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 57 minutes into the match, Vladislav Viktorov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Henrich Slany. Slovakia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vladislav Viktorov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. If Loid Forger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 63 minutes into the game, Vladislav Viktorov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Henrich Slany was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Henrich Slany made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Loid Forger in the 66th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Slovakia's zone, Angelino Etxekopar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Henrich Slany came out of the goal and Angelino Etxekopar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Henrich Slany showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelino Etxekopar, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. 7-0 became the score in the 71st minute when Loid Forger elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 75 minutes into the match, Vladislav Viktorov notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Slovakia's Henrich Slany. Henrich Slany was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Slovakia's Henrich Slany played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vladislav Viktorov in the 79th minute of play. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Henrich Slany prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Slovakia booed when Conalep 197 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sherman Lilly didn't get a good kick on the ball.
