But to his dismay, Antal Valentin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 14th minute, Hegedus Henrik got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 16th minute, Major Barna left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hungary fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eugeniusz Zagrobelny to strike the kick off in the second half. Eugeniusz Zagrobelny fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fodor Daniel having to interfere. Hungary's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
