In the 20th match minute, England was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Quinn Holmes to maneuver through the defense. After 21 played minutes England got a freekick which was hit by Eddie Willis. Khalid Kennedy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nils Breitbücher, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The FC DNV Bratiskava fans' excitement grew in the 26th match minute when FC DNV Bratiskava's Carlos Eduardo Dante looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 35 played minutes England got a freekick which was hit by Leighton Davies. Cyprian Falkiewicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Khalid Kennedy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Seth Young was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 45 minutes into the match. Seth Young kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Nils Breitbücher struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Khalid Kennedy didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC DNV Bratiskava. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Carlos Eduardo Dante made a kick off. After 52 played minutes FC DNV Bratiskava got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Eduardo Dante. 58 minutes into the match, FC DNV Bratiskava's goal looked a bit too open when Kyle Cox came free, but Anıl Ege Sebuktekin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anıl Ege Sebuktekin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kyle Cox, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. 74 minutes into the match, England's goal looked a bit too open when Karl-Åke Näver came free, but Khalid Kennedy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 76th minute FC DNV Bratiskava were awarded a corner. Nils Breitbücher went to the cornerflag to take it. Anıl Ege Sebuktekin made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Kyle Cox sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the England defense, Carlos Eduardo Dante kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Khalid Kennedy. The England fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Khalid Kennedy should have stopped the shot. FC DNV Bratiskava's Anıl Ege Sebuktekin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kyle Cox in the 83rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kyle Cox in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anıl Ege Sebuktekin saved FC DNV Bratiskava from getting behind. Anıl Ege Sebuktekin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kyle Cox, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Carlos Eduardo Dante kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. 92 minutes into the match, England's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Eduardo Dante came free, but Khalid Kennedy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Issac Dawson came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the England fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Issac Dawson couldn't finish the play.
