The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Keld Paulsen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Doriva Jacinto went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. After 9 played minutes Denmark got a freekick which was hit by Mathias Ludvigsen. Keld Paulsen had great luck who in the 10thth minute grab hold of the ball when Doriva Jacinto from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Excelência de Luxe's Washington de Andrade quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Olav Graversen, made in the 11th minute of the game. After some careless play in the Denmark defense, Doriva Jacinto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Keld Paulsen. The Denmark fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Keld Paulsen should have stopped the shot. Theis Winther kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. In the 20th minute Doriva Jacinto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keld Paulsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Doriva Jacinto scored 4-0 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Keld Paulsen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpected shot in the 25th minute by Leonardo Seco got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Excelência de Luxe's Leonardo Seco was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Keld Paulsen in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Keld Paulsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Doriva Jacinto in the 35th minute of play. Aurel Mușetescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars Steen in the 37th minute of play. Denmark's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Chris Nygaard in the 38th minute. The corner led Denmark's Chris Nygaard to fire away a dangerous shot which Aurel Mușetescu despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Denmark's Theis Winther quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Washington de Andrade, made in the 40th minute of the game. Keld Paulsen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Doriva Jacinto went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Chris Nygaard made the kick off in the second half. Doriva Jacinto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Doriva Jacinto in the 57th minute of play forced Denmark's goalkeeper Keld Paulsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aurel Mușetescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bertram Svenningsen, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Denmark's attentive Theis Winther managed to snatch the ball when Pepe Macia made a throw-in in the 65th minute of the game. The audience was convinced that Bertram Svenningsen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aurel Mușetescu was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. Doriva Jacinto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Keld Paulsen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. Doriva Jacinto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aurel Mușetescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bertram Svenningsen in the 82nd minute of the match. In the 83rd minute, Manoel Cunha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 88 minutes into the match, Wellington Nunes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Keld Paulsen. Denmark's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wellington Nunes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-1. When Mané Gerber fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Excelência de Luxe's protests and gave Mané Gerber a yellow card for diving instead. Mané Gerber kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. 94 minutes into the game, Pepe Macia threw the ball into play from the sideline. Denmark's Theis Winther quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 97 minutes of play, Excelência de Luxe's Wellington Nunes made it 10-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Keld Paulsen was left in no man's land by his defense there! Excelência de Luxe were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Denmark for a fine match.
