The France fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 9 played minutes FC Gdansk36 got a freekick which was hit by Ziemowit Fafinski. When Frank Peletier came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the France fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frank Peletier couldn't finish the play. 17 minutes into the match, FC Gdansk36's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Peletier came free, but Adam Matysek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Camille Baume hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Witomir Kochanowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Maxime Durand made a huge save. In the 36th minute Iggi Kot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maxime Durand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maxime Durand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iggi Kot, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. In the 44th minute, Frank Peletier made a precise shot to the right of Adam Matysek. FC Gdansk36's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

After some careless play in the France defense, Witomir Kochanowski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maxime Durand. The France fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maxime Durand should have stopped the shot. Maxime Durand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iggi Kot in the 58th minute of play. Witomir Kochanowski took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Maxime Durand. Maxime Durand dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. In the 68th minute, Leon Kazczyk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 72nd minute of the match, Remy Dupuy tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Adam Matysek saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 73 minutes into the match, FC Gdansk36's goalkeeper Adam Matysek had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frank Peletier. Adam Matysek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Frank Peletier in the 76th minute. 77 minutes into the match, France's goal looked a bit too open when Iggi Kot came free, but Maxime Durand reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The FC Gdansk36 fans' excitement grew in the 80th match minute when FC Gdansk36's Iggi Kot looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. France's supporters rose to their feet, but Frank Peletier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adam Matysek breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
