Napoleon Jajko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ömer Halisdemir, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Zawisza Bydgoszcz's Kazimierz Gaszynski was substituted for Sixten Gernberg. A collision led to Zjem Cię getting a freekick after 49 minutes play. Murillo Cedeno hit a great ball.

With a little luck, Zjem Cię's Napoleon Jajko got control of the ball when Ömer Halisdemir tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kajetan Dec took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mateo Palacio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Ömer Halisdemir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mateo Palacio in the 59th minute of play forced Zawisza Bydgoszcz's goalkeeper Kajetan Dec to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Napoleon Jajko made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Ömer Halisdemir sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mateo Palacio in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kajetan Dec saved Zawisza Bydgoszcz from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as Zawisza Bydgoszcz's Ömer Halisdemir slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Napoleon Jajko. That made the score 0-1 after 75 minutes of play. Zjem Cię's Dawid Wietrzychowski was substituted for Murillo Cedeno. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Ömer Halisdemir took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Napoleon Jajko to make any attempt to save it. 90 minutes into the match, Zjem Cię's goalkeeper Napoleon Jajko had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Răzvan Brădean. In the 91st minute, Dawid Wietrzychowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Napoleon Jajko was out of position in the 92 minute of play, and Răzvan Brădean capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Răzvan Brădean really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. The Zjem Cię supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Zawisza Bydgoszcz's performance. The match ended with a win for Zawisza Bydgoszcz.
