The audience thought a goal was coming when Izydor Roman got free with Leszek Wielopolski in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Klement Zachemski in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Simon Högberg saved Wicher Wilchwy Come Back from getting behind. The supporters of INTER Sosnowiec booed when Wicher Wilchwy Come Back was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jiang Fan Yun didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Wicher Wilchwy Come Back defense, Marian Moizuk kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Simon Högberg. The Wicher Wilchwy Come Back fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Simon Högberg should have stopped the shot. A collision led to INTER Sosnowiec getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. INTER Sosnowiec's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marian Moizuk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. INTER Sosnowiec's Leszek Wielopolski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save INTER Sosnowiec from getting a goal against them. After the first half INTER Sosnowiec were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

INTER Sosnowiec's Leszek Gniech was substituted for Marian Moizuk. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Klement Zachemski made a kick off. After 52 minutes of play, Wicher Wilchwy Come Back's Izydor Roman made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leszek Wielopolski was left in no man's land by his defense there! Wicher Wilchwy Come Back's defense didn't have a chance, in the 76th minute, when Leopoldo Villegas scored to the left of an out of position Simon Högberg, making the score, 1-2. But to his dismay, Horia Răzvan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. In the 93rd minute of the match, Klement Zachemski got a very nice opportunity to score, but Simon Högberg was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
