Dario Wilhelm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saverio Brion, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Dario Wilhelm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Asiz Soon in the 15th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Amir Lee got free with Atahan Balon in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cascade Park West's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ricardo-Enrique Bochini was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Amir Lee could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 49th minute of the match, but Atahan Balon made a huge save. After the first half Los Muchachos del 86 were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Amir Lee to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Amir Lee in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Atahan Balon saved Los Muchachos del 86 from getting behind. In the 53rd minute Amir Lee shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atahan Balon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Allen Dalton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rolland Hobbs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Los Muchachos del 86's Asiz Soon got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With an all-out effort, Los Muchachos del 86's Dario Wilhelm threw himself towards the right post 60 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Asiz Soon, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When Amir Lee came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Cascade Park West fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amir Lee couldn't finish the play. Atahan Balon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amir Lee in the 63rd minute of the match. After 64 played minutes Los Muchachos del 86 got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Urtzi. Amir Lee's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Atahan Balon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. Amir Lee recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Los Muchachos del 86's Fabio Bencivenni was substituted for Ricardo-Enrique Bochini. After having played for 77 minutes, Amir Lee managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cascade Park West's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amir Lee was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cascade Park West made a substitution. Waldo Renteria replaced Amir Lee. After 80 minutes of play, Cascade Park West's Rolland Hobbs made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Atahan Balon was left in no man's land by his defense there! Waldo Renteria blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Atahan Balon having to make a save. After 93 played minutes Cascade Park West got a freekick which was hit by Waldo Renteria. In the 97th minute the ball was on its way in behind Los Muchachos del 86's goalkeeper Atahan Balon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
