In the 3rd minute, Johan Kiewit ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dario Wilhelm was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Cascade Park West's Dario Wilhelm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by King Nanuk in the 6th minute of play. Leandro Munio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dexter Benton in the 10th minute of the match. Dario Wilhelm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johan Kiewit in the 12th minute of play. In the 16th minute of the match, Amir Lee got a very nice opportunity to score, but Leandro Munio was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After having played for 17 minutes, Amir Lee managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cascade Park West's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amir Lee was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Johan Kiewit in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dario Wilhelm prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 22nd minute King Nanuk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dario Wilhelm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Johan Kiewit might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dario Wilhelm. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Johan Kiewit ran back to his position shaking his head. Dario Wilhelm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johan Kiewit, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Cascade Park West's goalkeeper Dario Wilhelm, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 33 minutes of play, Bermejo Club's Feliberto Tauro made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dario Wilhelm was left in no man's land by his defense there! 37 minutes into the match, Bermejo Club's goalkeeper Leandro Munio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amir Lee. Dario Wilhelm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johan Kiewit in the 41st minute of play. In the 48th match minute, Cascade Park West was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dexter Benton to maneuver through the defense. When Bermejo Club's Honorio Nikola in the 49th minute got a chance for a shot 49th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cascade Park West's goalie prevented a goal. After the first half Bermejo Club were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Amir Lee to strike the kick off in the second half. Cascade Park West's Dexter Benton got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Honorio Nikola in the 75th minute of play forced Cascade Park West's goalkeeper Dario Wilhelm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dario Wilhelm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Narciso Teixeira in the 90th minute of play. Dario Wilhelm was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Honorio Nikola showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 93 minute of play. Amir Lee sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
