Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) In the 5th match minute, Tigre was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osvaldo Geofredo to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Osvaldo Geofredo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Maxime Durand. That made the score 2-1 in the 14 minute of play. After 21 minutes Tigre's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was David Barbier who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that David Barbier got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Vicente Eyague quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a little luck, France's Maxime Durand got control of the ball when Julio Gaxan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tigre's Adolfo Santio was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Maxime Durand in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Through an outstanding action, after 27 minutes, Maxime Durand successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Frank Peletier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maxime Durand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osvaldo Geofredo, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Maxime Durand took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osvaldo Geofredo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 33 played minutes France got a freekick which was hit by Robert Chapuis. The supporters of Tigre booed when France was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Quentin Beaux didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 37th minute, Remy Dupuy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vicente Eyague showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Peletier, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 40th minute, Camille Baume left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The France fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osvaldo Geofredo in the 48th minute of play forced France's goalkeeper Maxime Durand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
Frank Peletier's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 54thth minute, Vicente Eyague skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With his leg Vicente Eyague managed to avoid a goal in the 56thth minute, when France's Frank Peletier fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 59th minute, Alto Monø hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 61st minute Osvaldo Geofredo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maxime Durand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The France fans' excitement grew in the 63rd match minute when France's Frank Peletier looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Tigre made a substitution. Leonel Iratzeder replaced Alto Monø. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jorge Cachorro in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maxime Durand prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jorge Cachorro in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maxime Durand saved France from getting behind. Maxence Durand kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. When Adolfo Santio came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Tigre fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adolfo Santio couldn't finish the play. After 92 played minutes France got a freekick which was hit by Robert Chapuis. Adolfo Santio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 93rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Maxime Durand. France's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.
