Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tory Pryor took the kick off in the first half of the match. Wilson Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tory Pryor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Tory Pryor took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Wilson Amorim to make any attempt to save it. Portugal's Wilson Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Téo Rosa in the 10th minute of play. After having played for 13 minutes, Fabricio Andrade managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Portugal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabricio Andrade was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Viriato Moura might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lionel Paly. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Viriato Moura ran back to his position shaking his head. Lionel Paly took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viriato Moura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lionel Paly made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Barreto in the 17th minute of play. FC Wil 1900's Lionel Paly played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Barreto in the 18th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emery Heller got free with Wilson Amorim in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Felipe Barreto came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Portugal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felipe Barreto couldn't finish the play. In the 25th minute Felipe Barreto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lionel Paly saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tory Pryor's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Wilson Amorim firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 28 minutes Portugal's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Emilio De Luca who took care of the corner kick. FC Wil 1900's Emilio De Luca was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Wilson Amorim in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After a rather tough play, FC Wil 1900's Emery Heller got a free kick in the 29th minute. In the 30th minute Felipe Barreto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lionel Paly saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lionel Paly took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viriato Moura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 33 minutes into the match, FC Wil 1900's goal looked a bit too open when Caetano Moreira came free, but Lionel Paly reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 35 minutes into the match, Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emery Heller. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Felipe Barreto in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lionel Paly prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 37th minute, Viriato Moura left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Portugal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Lionel Paly showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipe Barreto, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Viriato Moura to make the kick off. Wilson Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Téo Rosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pirmin Jäggi in the 56th minute of play. Felipe Barreto kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Portugal's Felipinho Amorim was substituted for Felipe Barreto. After 69 played minutes Portugal got a freekick which was hit by Felipe Barreto. FC Wil 1900 were awarded a corner in the 72th minute after Portugal's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Emilio De Luca took the corner. The corner led FC Wil 1900's Emilio De Luca to fire away a dangerous shot which Wilson Amorim despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. FC Wil 1900's Lionel Paly proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save FC Wil 1900 from getting a goal against them. Wilson Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tory Pryor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 86th minute, Tory Pryor left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Wil 1900 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Daniel Pimentel during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 91 played minutes Portugal got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Pimentel. Caetano Moreira lost his temper 94 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 93rd minute, one of Portugal:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Portugal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. FC Wil 1900 had won after a very even match.
