The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Aurelio Quintan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vasile Iurea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aurelio Quintan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Well-Well Benne in the 9th minute of the match. Ovidiu Caranfil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaudencio Abaunza in the 11th minute of play. In the 13th minute Han Di shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidiu Caranfil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Han Di in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ovidiu Caranfil prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dunder Mifflin's Aurelio Quintan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Well-Well Benne in the 18th minute of play. In the 19thth minute of the game Well-Well Benne who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dunder Mifflin's Aurelio Quintan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Club Vertigo were awarded a corner in the 20th minute after Dunder Mifflin's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Emilian Moți took the corner. After a rather tough play, Club Vertigo's Ştefan Panțuru got a free kick in the 26th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Vasile Iurea could shoot a difficult shot in the 28th minute, which Aurelio Quintan however easily saved by the left post. In the 29th minute of the match Club Vertigo got a corner. Dunder Mifflin's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Emilian Moți ran over to the corner to take the kick. Club Vertigo's Vasile Iurea managed to work through Dunder Mifflin's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Vasile Iurea dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. A collision led to Dunder Mifflin getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Ramiro Argina hit a great ball. When Kauan de Andrade came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Dunder Mifflin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kauan de Andrade couldn't finish the play. Ovidiu Caranfil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Han Di, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Ovidiu Caranfil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Han Di in the 43rd minute of the match. 44 minutes into the match, Dunder Mifflin's goalkeeper Aurelio Quintan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Stelian Murgu. 46 minutes into the match, Club Vertigo's goal looked a bit too open when Kauan de Andrade came free, but Ovidiu Caranfil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

With an all-out effort, Dunder Mifflin's Ovidiu Caranfil threw himself towards the right post 51 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gaudencio Abaunza, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ramiro Argina made a great header on Dunder Mifflin's corner, it was just that Club Vertigo's Ovidiu Caranfil managed to reach the ball for a save. After 53 played minutes Dunder Mifflin got a freekick which was hit by Dalmacio Guerrero. Aurelio Quintan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ştefan Panțuru in the 57th minute of play. Ovidiu Caranfil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaudencio Abaunza in the 58th minute of play. In the 58th minute, Amador Enetz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 63rd minute, Gaudencio Abaunza made a precise shot to the right of Ovidiu Caranfil. Club Vertigo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The supporters of Dunder Mifflin booed when Club Vertigo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Well-Well Benne didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gaudencio Abaunza in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ovidiu Caranfil saved Club Vertigo from getting behind. Gaudencio Abaunza took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ovidiu Caranfil. Ovidiu Caranfil dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Club Vertigo's Ovidiu Caranfil proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Club Vertigo from getting a goal against them. Dunder Mifflin's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
