Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Aleksander Gustafsson kicked off to start the match. Dick Vedholm didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alex Serban went, in the 2nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Hockeysnubbarnas BK's Dick Vedholm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adam Olaru in the 5th minute of play. Aleksander Gustafsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carol Stinga read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. In the 13th minute Adam Olaru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dick Vedholm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hockeysnubbarnas BK's Dick Vedholm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rasvan Cristescu in the 14th minute of play. In the 17th minute, Alex Serban ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dick Vedholm was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in Hockeysnubbarnas BK's zone, Adam Olaru stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dick Vedholm came out of the goal and Adam Olaru tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adam Olaru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Aleksander Gustafsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 26 minutes into the match, Romania's goal looked a bit too open when Aleksander Gustafsson came free, but Carol Stinga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dick Vedholm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adam Olaru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dick Vedholm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adam Olaru in the 34th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aleksander Gustafsson got free with Carol Stinga in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 41 minutes had been played when some careless play by Romania's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Smith Wigglesworth was slow to take the kick. During this time Hockeysnubbarnas BK's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Hockeysnubbarnas BK's corner Smith Wigglesworth fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Carol Stinga quite easily take care of the ball. After 42 minutes of play, Romania's Costica Vladimiri made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dick Vedholm was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half Romania were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Rasvan Cristescu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dick Vedholm having to make a save. Hockeysnubbarnas BK's Dick Vedholm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rasvan Cristescu in the 51st minute of play. Adam Olaru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dick Vedholm having to interfere. Carol Stinga didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aleksander Gustafsson went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Hockeysnubbarnas BK's Erik Ek was substituted for Trey Cai. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kent Lindberg in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carol Stinga prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Romania's Alexandru Pangratiu was substituted for Alex Serban. The supporters of Romania booed when Hockeysnubbarnas BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Szymon Pilitowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. 71 minutes into the match, Anton Stinga notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Hockeysnubbarnas BK's Dick Vedholm. Dick Vedholm was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 74thth minute of the game Anton Stinga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hockeysnubbarnas BK's Dick Vedholm was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Romania booed when Hockeysnubbarnas BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Smith Wigglesworth didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 82nd minute Anton Stinga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dick Vedholm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 86th minute, Szymon Pilitowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carol Stinga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erik Ek in the 92nd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Smith Wigglesworth during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Hockeysnubbarnas BK getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Smith Wigglesworth hit a great ball. Carol Stinga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erik Ek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 96thth minute of the game Octavian Vaduva who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hockeysnubbarnas BK's Dick Vedholm was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
