Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Antal Valentin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Zdzislaw Domarecki made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Zdzislaw Domarecki in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Balazs Lajos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 61st minute, Major Barna reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Zdzislaw Domarecki. The goal made the score 0-3. In the 66th minute of the match, Antal Valentin got a very nice opportunity to score, but Zdzislaw Domarecki was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 67 minutes into the game, Antal Valentin recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Zdzislaw Domarecki. Antal Valentin showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. Onyx's Bogomil Bishkarov was substituted for Piotr Zahemski. Zdzislaw Domarecki was a little too slow when Antal Valentin got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 72nd minute. The score was now 0-5. With a little luck, Onyx's Zdzislaw Domarecki got control of the ball when Major Barna tried to sneak it across the goal line. Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zdzislaw Domarecki having to interfere. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jurand Jaraczeski in the 80th minute of play. A collision led to Hungary getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Vörös Henrik hit a great ball. Major Barna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Maksymilian Topolski fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Onyx's protests and gave Maksymilian Topolski a yellow card for diving instead. In the 94th match minute, Onyx was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maksymilian Topolski to maneuver through the defense. When the match was over Hungary could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Onyx throughout the match.
