Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Alaaddin Solskjær made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alex Serban in the 4th minute of play. 11 minutes into the match, Romania's goal looked a bit too open when Fredric Hybbert came free, but Carol Stinga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Fredric Hybbert managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Kurdistan's supporters rose to their feet, but Fredric Hybbert was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carol Stinga breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Romania's Carol Stinga got control of the ball when Jörgen Levander tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 17th minute, Iwan Kasiewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carol Stinga stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jörgen Levander's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. With a little luck, Romania's Carol Stinga got control of the ball when Iwan Kasiewski tried to sneak it across the goal line. 24 minutes into the game, Fredric Hybbert cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Carol Stinga was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 28 minutes, Sanda Cutov made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. FC Kurdistan's Alaaddin Solskjær tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Alaaddin Solskjær took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sanda Cutov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 33rd minute of the match Romania got a corner. FC Kurdistan's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Adam Olaru ran over to the corner to take the kick. Romania's Adam Olaru was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alaaddin Solskjær in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When Romania's Sanda Cutov in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Kurdistan's goalie prevented a goal. 37 minutes into the match, Romania's goalkeeper Carol Stinga had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iwan Kasiewski. 38 minutes into the match, FC Kurdistan's goal looked a bit too open when Vasile Ciumak came free, but Alaaddin Solskjær reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Kurdistan's goalkeeper Alaaddin Solskjær, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Romania's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Adam Olaru in the 41st minute. A nice corner shot did that Adam Olaru got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Alaaddin Solskjær quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 43 minutes into the game, Erhard Esbo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Kurdistan's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Romania the free kick. When Romania's Sanda Cutov in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Kurdistan's goalie prevented a goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Adam Olaru made the kick off in the second half. Alex Serban struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Alaaddin Solskjær didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Romania. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sanda Cutov in the 53rd minute of play forced FC Kurdistan's goalkeeper Alaaddin Solskjær to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alaaddin Solskjær made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sanda Cutov in the 56th minute. Romania's Carol Stinga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fredric Hybbert in the 58th minute of play. Sanda Cutov blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alaaddin Solskjær having to make a save. Romania made a substitution. Alexandru Pangratiu replaced Alex Serban. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lars Sundström in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carol Stinga prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Romania's Filip Stefan managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Roni Ronaldinho in the 72 minute of the game. If Sanda Cutov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Keefer Carragher kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. 77 minutes into the match, FC Kurdistan's goalkeeper Alaaddin Solskjær had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sanda Cutov. After 89 minutes FC Kurdistan's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sanda Cutov who took care of the corner kick. In the 90th minute, Filip Stefan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elliot Nordgren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carol Stinga read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. Elliot Nordgren might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carol Stinga. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Elliot Nordgren ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 94th minute Elliot Nordgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carol Stinga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anton Stinga struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Alaaddin Solskjær didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Romania.
