Elói Medeiros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oscar Goiano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Galo na Veia FC™ defense, Waldemar Catarinense kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Elói Medeiros. The Galo na Veia FC™ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Elói Medeiros should have stopped the shot. Rodriguinho Cabral hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Galo na Veia FC™'s Ferdinand Feuš got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Basílio Leal made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Bernard Scarpa sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Sporting Uai MzC™ booed when Galo na Veia FC™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rogério de Amorim didn't get a good kick on the ball. Elói Medeiros came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Sporting Uai MzC™'s Luiz Paulo Camargo. But to his dismay, Luiz Paulo Camargo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the 29th minute, Sporting Uai MzC™'s Vladimir Romero seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Vladimir Romero the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Sporting Uai MzC™ protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Vladimir Romero had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 28 minutes into the game, one of Sporting Uai MzC™:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 31 minutes, Galo na Veia FC™'s Rogério de Amorim got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Basílio Leal. After 34 played minutes Sporting Uai MzC™ got a freekick which was hit by Waldemar Catarinense. Elói Medeiros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Waldemar Catarinense in the 38th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Galo na Veia FC™'s Nacho Saraiva got a free kick in the 40th minute. 42 minutes into the match, Sporting Uai MzC™'s goal looked a bit too open when Bernard Scarpa came free, but Basílio Leal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Galo na Veia FC™'s Miguel Lopez got a free kick in the 43rd minute.

Sporting Uai MzC™'s Basílio Leal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernard Scarpa in the 61st minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Pedrinho Carvalho could shoot a difficult shot in the 62nd minute, which Elói Medeiros however easily saved by the left post. 63 minutes into the match, Bernard Scarpa notched a goal, 4-2, to the right of Sporting Uai MzC™'s Basílio Leal. Basílio Leal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 69 minutes into the match, Sporting Uai MzC™'s goal looked a bit too open when Bernard Scarpa came free, but Basílio Leal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ferdinand Feuš's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Basílio Leal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. Oscar Goiano kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. In the 73rd minute of the match Rogério de Amorim sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Basílio Leal skillfully saved the ball. Elói Medeiros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodoro Prestes in the 74th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Sporting Uai MzC™'s Waldemar Catarinense got a free kick in the 78th minute. After a rather tough play, Galo na Veia FC™'s Rogério de Amorim got a free kick in the 80th minute. In the 81st minute, Kiko Antunes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Sporting Uai MzC™'s zone, Abel Teixeira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Basílio Leal came out of the goal and Abel Teixeira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bernard Scarpa took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Basílio Leal. Basílio Leal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-2. Galo na Veia FC™ were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Sporting Uai MzC™ for a fine match.
