The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Montesclarense E.C.'s Luiz Monteiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Glauco Severo in the 4th minute of play. After 9 minutes of play, Montesclarense E.C.'s Baltazar Dantas made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kléber Motta was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 12th match minute, Montesclarense E.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baltazar Dantas to maneuver through the defense. Luiz Monteiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Régis Valladares in the 13th minute of the match. Sidney Schmidt kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Elder Leite hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. 19 minutes into the match, Goth Cloudy Experience's Jacinto Marinho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luiz Monteiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 22nd minute Glauco Severo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Monteiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Glauco Severo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luiz Monteiro having to interfere. When Jarbas Vinhas fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Montesclarense E.C.'s protests and gave Jarbas Vinhas a yellow card for diving instead. After 25 played minutes Montesclarense E.C. got a freekick which was hit by Jarbas Vinhas. In the 28thth minute of the game Anísio Furlan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Montesclarense E.C.'s Luiz Monteiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luiz Monteiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Glauco Severo in the 31st minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Glauco Severo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Goth Cloudy Experience's supporters rose to their feet, but Glauco Severo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luiz Monteiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 38 minutes into the match, Montesclarense E.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Glauco Severo came free, but Luiz Monteiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kléber Motta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baltazar Dantas in the 40th minute of the match. Montesclarense E.C.'s Luiz Monteiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Glauco Severo in the 42nd minute of play. Luiz Monteiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Glauco Severo in the 48th minute of the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Baltazar Dantas made a kick off. After 52 minutes of play, Montesclarense E.C.'s Baltazar Dantas made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kléber Motta was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet as Kauan Cosme kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Luiz Monteiro. That made the score 2-1 in the 56 minute of play. Luiz Monteiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Régis Valladares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luiz Monteiro made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Glauco Severo sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Montesclarense E.C.'s Luiz Monteiro got control of the ball when Anísio Furlan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Glauco Severo struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Luiz Monteiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Goth Cloudy Experience. If Glauco Severo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Anísio Furlan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kléber Motta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baltazar Dantas in the 78th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baltazar Dantas in the 79th minute of play forced Goth Cloudy Experience's goalkeeper Kléber Motta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 80th match minute, Goth Cloudy Experience was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kauan Cosme to maneuver through the defense. 83 minutes into the match, Glauco Severo notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Montesclarense E.C.'s Luiz Monteiro. Luiz Monteiro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Glauco Severo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 92nd minute, Kauan Cosme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Goth Cloudy Experience were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
