Goth Cloudy Experience's Kléber Motta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jailson Batista in the 18th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Barcellos Mineiro FC's Dinei Guimarães got a free kick in the 21st minute. With an all-out effort, Goth Cloudy Experience's Luiz Guilherme Garcia threw himself towards the right post 23 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Glauco Severo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 24 minutes of play, Goth Cloudy Experience's Glauco Severo made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net.
