In the 5th minute Waka Mineiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basílio Leal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, Sporting Uai MzC™'s goal looked a bit too open when Waka Mineiro came free, but Basílio Leal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 12th minute Waka Mineiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basílio Leal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 16 minutes into the match, Rick Cabezon notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Sporting Uai MzC™'s Basílio Leal. Basílio Leal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 19th minute of the match Vladimir Romero shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Luiz Guilherme Garcia showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Teodoro Prestes got free with Luiz Guilherme Garcia in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Sporting Uai MzC™'s Dieguinho Dante got a free kick in the 27th minute. After 29 minutes Sporting Uai MzC™'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Pedro Luiz Teles who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Barcellos Mineiro FC's corner Pedro Luiz Teles fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Basílio Leal quite easily take care of the ball. 31 minutes into the game, Barcellos Mineiro FC's Pedro Luiz Teles nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Basílio Leal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 37th minute, Pedro Luiz Teles ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Basílio Leal was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. In the 42ndth minute of the game Rick Cabezon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sporting Uai MzC™'s Basílio Leal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After the first half Barcellos Mineiro FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pedro Luiz Teles made a kick off. Jailson Batista kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Barcellos Mineiro FC's Amadeu Capixaba got a free kick in the 54th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dieguinho Dante in the 55th minute of play forced Barcellos Mineiro FC's goalkeeper Luiz Guilherme Garcia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. João Pedro Arce hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Rick Cabezon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Basílio Leal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Sporting Uai MzC™ getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Dieguinho Dante hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Barcellos Mineiro FC's Waka Mineiro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Basílio Leal. That made the score 0-4 after 66 minutes of play. João Pedro Arce charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed João Pedro Arce the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Barcellos Mineiro FC's João Pedro Arce got a free kick in the 70th minute. João Pedro Arce was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 72 minutes into the match. Dieguinho Dante recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match clock showed 77 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Pedro Luiz Teles sped through Sporting Uai MzC™'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Basílio Leal. Pedro Luiz Teles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Basílio Leal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 81st minute, Rick Cabezon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Barcellos Mineiro FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. Basílio Leal made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Jailson Batista sent off a good shot on target. 86 minutes into the match, Sporting Uai MzC™'s goal looked a bit too open when Rick Cabezon came free, but Basílio Leal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pedrinho Carvalho hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. After 92 played minutes Sporting Uai MzC™ got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Queirós. After 93 played minutes Barcellos Mineiro FC got a freekick which was hit by Dinei Guimarães. After 96 played minutes Sporting Uai MzC™ got a freekick which was hit by Dieguinho Dante.
